The City of Zephyrhills is inviting residents, business owners, and community stakeholders to participate in a Parks/Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Workshop Wednesday, March 19 at 5:00 p.m. at the Zephyrhills City Hall Council Chambers.
This workshop will serve as a community discussion on the future of Zephyrhills’ parks and recreational amenities, as well as ongoing redevelopment efforts within the downtown historic district.
Consultants from GAI Community Solutions Group will present findings and recommendations for the second phase of the city’s Parks Master Plan, which outlines priorities for the next 20 years.
Workshop topics will include:
-Addressing current and future recreational needs for residents
-Planning for the funding and development of a new park
-Exploring potential partnerships with Pasco County for additional park services
-Revitalization efforts within the CRA district, including the downtown area
All members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide feedback.
