Jan. 9 – Raising Cane –Learn about sugar cane syrup making while strolling by unique vendors and enjoying live entertainment, and good food from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Pioneer Florida Museum & Village, 15602 Pioneer Museum Road in Dade City. Watch the Raid on Renault, a World War II Living History and Battle Re-enactment. Applications are being accepted for vendors and chili competitors. Jan. 16 – Grow Pasco –Join the Pasco EDC’s SMART start program for an inspirational business building event. The program includes 12 breakout sessions led by over 20 industry professionals in social media, future trends, technology, security, marketing and more. Special guest appearances by the inventor of the infomercial Kevin Harrington of Shark Tank, Jason Sowell and John Graden. Jan. 28 – Spotlight on Talent Entry Deadline –Entry applications are being accepted for the 38th Annual Heritage Arts Center Association Spotlight on Talent for children and youth through high school seniors until 5 p.m. for the performing arts competition through Jan. 28. Over $4,000 in cash prizes and trophies will be given away, including $1,000 scholarship awarded to graduating Pasco County senior. The preliminary contest will be held Feb.

Jan. 31 – Nova Era: Live –Talent, magnificent costuming and classical music with a modern groove are the trademarks of Nova Era. The band performs regularly at Downtown Disney as well as at international venues in Paris, Venice, Dubai, stateside and more. They will be performing at Pioneer Florida Museum & Village,15602 Pioneer Museum Road in Dade City from 3-6 p.m. Gates open at 2 p.m. Heavy hors d’oeuvres are included and a cash bar will be available. This will be an outdoor event. Lawn chairs are welcome, but no pets or coolers are allowed. Social distancing guidelines will be in place. Feb. 6 – Farm Fest & Quilt ShowCome out to the Pioneer Florida Museum & Village at 15602 Pioneer Museum Road in Dade City from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. for a fun-filled day of draft horse pulls, a quilt show, syrup making, entertainment, vendors, food and more. Admission is $10 per person. Vendor applications are being accepted.

Feb. – 15-21 – Pasco County FairDon’t miss the sights and sounds of the 74th Annual Pasco County Fair. Feb. 19-20 – 2021 Carlisle Collector Car Auction –The 2021 Winter AutoFest in Lakeland may be canceled, but the 2021 Lakeland Collector Car Auction by Carlisle Auctions will still take place starting at 10:30 a.m. daily at the Sun ‘n Fun Expo, 4175 Medulla Road in Lakeland. Feb. 20 – Hittin’ The Road For Hospice –Join the ninth annual Hittin’ The Road for Hospice motorcycle poker run to raise funds for Gulfside Hospice. The event takes place from 9 a.m-2 p.m. beginning at Harley-Davidson New Port Richey, 5817 S.R. 54 and ending in a post-run celebration featuring entertainment, prizes, auction, vendors and more at Zephyrhills Elks Lodge#2731, 6851 Wire Road.
