Oct. 1 – MEGA Pantry Pasco County Grocery Pickup – If you are in need of food, stop by John S. Burkes Memorial Park, 13220 Gene Nelson Blvd. in Dade City from 3:30-5:30 p.m. to receive some free groceries. No ID, paper work or screening is required and all are welcome. The pantry operates rain or shine every Thursday as long as it is safe to distribute. There will be signs directing you once you enter the park and volunteers will load the food directly into your vehicle, practicing social distancing guidelines. Make

Oct. 3 – Gardening 365 Virtual Education Festival – Attend online for free and get gardening like a pro. Join the UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service and Master Gardener volunteers as they share their expertise. The one-day event will include three sessions: 10 a.m. – Backyard Fruit Trees;11 a.m. – Good Bug, Bad Bug; and Noon– Florida Vegetable gardening. Oct. 5 – Holes for Hope Golf Tournament –This fundraiser for Sunrise of Pasco County Domestic and Sexual Violence Center will be held at
7:30 a.m. at Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club, 12900 Lake Jovita Blvd. in Dade

Oct. 8 – Brass Tap Bingo Charity Fundraiser for Sunrise of Pasco –
Stop by the Brass Tap, 37916 Pasco Ave. in Dade City from 7-9 p.m. for a game of Bingo to support Sunrise of Pasco as they recognize Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The first Bingo card is free then each card after that is $2. Play for fun and prizes while helping support a great cause. Oct. 10 – Scarecrow Festival – Come to the Pioneer Florida Museum

Oct. 14 – 2020 Zephyrhills Hybrid Economic Summit – Presentations
include: Aviation Industry Impact Study, City Growth & Expansion,
Local Pandemic Response and presentations by Sen. Wilton Simpson, State Rep. Randy Maggard and Pasco County Commissioner Ron Oakley.
The event will be held from 9 a.m.-Noon at Zephyrhills City Hall, 53358th Street or attend at the remote location, Advent Health Dade City,
