SummerFest and Fireworks retuning for July 2

Look no further than our own backyard for a fireworks show for Independence Day weekend.

Zephyr Park will be the site again Saturday, July 2 for a huge celebration of Independence Day and a full day of family fun from Noon to 9:30 p.m.

Come early and stake your place around Zephyr Lake while you enjoy the celebration. Fireworks last about 30 minutes and start at dark which is right about 9 p.m.

Stop by all the sponsor booths for free Summerfest giveaways, photo stops, photo booths with free prints, and learn more information about the businesses that helped make this FREE event possible for all of Pasco County.

Seating is limited. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and coolers for maximum comfort around the lake.

From Noon to 7 p.m. there will be fun community contests like watermelon eating contests, a kids dance-off, free raffles, and free giveaways, and of course all the chart-topping hits from DJ Express.

Starting at 7:30 p.m., Tampa Bay’s favorite New Country Band with an all-new lineup, Draw 4 will hit the stage with Country hits to dance to while you wait for the 30-minute fireworks display once the sun fully sets over Zephyr Lake.

Once you hear the National Anthem, we are minutes away from Pasco County’s longest running , free, professional Fireworks Show.

The event includes a vendor market with hand-made home decor, soap, local cottage bakers, artisans, jewelers, and all sorts of fun patriotic items and glow toys to take home.

We will have several Bounce Houses & Waterslides and $10 bounce-all-day kid wristbands proceeds will benefit local charities right here in Zephyrhills.

There will be 10 Tampa Bay area food trucks and dessert vendors, plus a dozen more fun snacks and treats vendors with plenty of festival food.
