If the Festival of Lights was the kickoff to the holiday season, AOK Family Fun Center put a bow on it Sunday with its “Santa Claus Comes To Town” event.
The event was highlighted, of course, by the arrival of Santa Claus on his Florida two-wheeled sleigh. The jolly one took time to talk to all the children, pose for photos and listen to requests from Christmas gift lists.
Joining the party was the Grinch and Cindy Lou to say hello and prove the green guy is not “a Mean One.’
Shaun Sikat and the team at AOK hosted the event providing free food and drinks for the kids donated by Billy’s Roadside Grill. There were free temporary tattoos from Take Solace Studios, a Bounce House from Xtreme Jumpers & Slides, Inc. and outdoor games thanks to Kim McCullough.
AOK, the 2022 Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year, has hosted fund raising events for various organizations in the community and provided more than 100 free meals during the Thanksgiving holiday.
