Westbound Chancey Road right turn lane onto northbound US 301 to be closed beginning November 7
The right turn lane from westbound Chancey Road onto northbound US 301 (Gall Blvd.) will be closed around-the-clock for roadway reconstruction work beginning Tuesday, November 7, 2023 and remaining closed until approximately mid-December 2023.
Westbound Chancey Road detour routes to northbound US 301:
Drivers east of SR 39 will turn right onto SR 39 (Paul Buchman Hwy.) and go north to where SR 39 joins US 301. Drivers west of SR 39 will go east on Chancey Road, turn left onto SR 39, and go north to where SR 39 joins US 301.
This closure/detour is part of a $6.75 million project to resurface 3.8 miles of US Highway 301 from the Hillsborough County line to State Road 39. Project information is available at
