Thousands of dollars in scholarships were presented Tuesday night at the Zephyrhills High School Night of Excellence Senior Scholarship and Awards Ceremony.
Local businesses, civic organizations, foundations, and education groups came to the podium on the stage in the Zephyrhills High School Gymnasium to present dozens of scholarships to graduating seniors.
In addition to the scholarships, all honor graduates, along with the valedictorian and salutatorian, received stoles representing their accomplishments. Students who received program honors were recognized for art, business, yearbook, criminal justice, health science, math, science, and social science.
AA degree recipient students were recognized along with students in the early college program. All Conference Academic recipients were recognized. Also honored were honor society students and student council members.
