Zephyrhills High School Celebrates Homecoming with Downtown Parade

Downtown Zephyrhills was filled with school spirit Saturday as Zephyrhills High School hosted its annual Homecoming Parade along Fifth Avenue, officially kicking off Homecoming week festivities.

Students, families, and community members lined the streets to watch the celebration. The parade featured members of the Homecoming court riding in convertibles and pickup trucks, while colorful floats created by each class and school organization added energy and creativity to the procession.

The Zephyrhills High School Marching Band led the way with lively performances, accompanied by the school’s cheerleaders, who kept the crowd energized. Members of the Bulldog football team also joined the parade, drawing big cheers as they prepare for Friday night’s Homecoming game.

This year’s Homecoming matchup carries added excitement as the Bulldogs face long-time rival Pasco High School, a clash that has historically drawn one of the largest crowds of the season.

The parade and weeklong celebrations bring students, alumni, and the community together to celebrate Bulldog pride, culminating in the highly anticipated showdown under the lights on Friday.
