On Monday, March 3, 2025, at approximately 10:40 p.m. officers from the Zephyrhills Police Department responded to a crash involving a vehicle that struck a mobile home in the 37900 block of Wideview Lane in Zephyrhills.
A 64-year-old female occupant of the home was transported to Lakeland Regional Hospital, where she was admitted in stable condition.
The driver, identified as Kyle Jarrod Youngblood, 36, fled the scene on foot and was later arrested near the intersection of Lane Road and Lea Avenue.
The suspect has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injuries and reckless driving. A DUI investigation is pending.
