Pasco Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a death investigation in the Wire Rd. area of Zephyrhills yesterday.
According to a PSO spokesperson, on Jan. 16 around 3:35 p.m., PSO received reports of a potential drowning in progress. Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male in a pond deceased.
Preliminary information suggests the incident was accidental and no foul play is suspected. This was an isolated incident, and there is no public safety threat. The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information is available at this time.
