More COVID-19 vaccinations set for Saint Leo

Vaccination clinics Jan. 25, 27 and 29

The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County (DOH-Pasco) will be holding three more COVID-19 vaccination clinics the week of Jan. 25 at St. Leo University.

There will be 700 appointments available each day on Monday, Jan 25, Wednesday Jan. 27 and Friday, Jan. 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at SLU.

Appointments will open for registration Sunday, Jan. 24 at 2 p.m. An appointment is mandatory to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.

Anyone 65 and older who needs the COVID-19 vaccination must go to patientportalfl.com or call 1-844-770-8548 and create an account with CDR Maguire: Health & Medical (CDR Maguire). It is required to have an account with CDR Maguire to register for a vaccination appointment.

Those who have already created an account with CDR Maguire will receive an alert that appointments are open and will need to log into the patient portal to register for an appointment.

Appointments to receive the 1st dose of the vaccination will NOT be held at the Sears location at Gulfview Square Mall the week of Jan. 25th. ONLY 2nd dose appointments will be at the Sears location on Tuesday and Thursday. If you are requiring your 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, you will be receiving an email from: CDRM Health No-Reply: no-reply@cdrmhealth.com, NOT from the Pasco County Health Department.

It is required to have a photo I.D. when checking in for vaccination appointments. If the online patient portal was used to register for an appointment (instead of calling), those people should bring a printed or digital copy of the confirmation email they received containing a QR code.
