Zephyrhills Police Department Officer Seth Healy was named the City of Zephyrhills’ 2025 Employee of the Year, in recognition of his hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence in service to the Zephyrhills community.
Officer Healy has served with the Zephyrhills Police Department since 2014. He was nominated for the Employee of the Year award through the city’s ZSTAR Employee Recognition Program, which highlights employees who exemplify the city’s core values and have made significant contributions to the mission of the city.
In one nomination, Officer Healy was commended by a Zephyrhills resident for providing excellent customer service while assisting at a traffic accident in July 2025 – bringing a calm, professional presence, helping all individuals involved, and offering light-hearted conversation that helped ease a stressful situation.
Officer Healy was officially honored with the Employee of the Year award during a Jan. 12 Zephyrhills City Council meeting.
