
The Zephyrhills Little League 8-9-10 All-Star softball team capped off an incredible summer run with an impressive eighth-place finish in the Florida State Tournament, held in Palm Coast. The team made history with a performance fueled by heart, hustle, and hometown pride.
Before reaching the state stage, the Zephyrhills squad captured both the District 13 title and the Section 4 championship, demonstrating dominance and teamwork throughout their postseason journey.
At the state tournament, the Zephyrhills All-Stars faced tough competition and dropped games to Lake Mary Little League, Union Park Little League, and Niceville Little League—each representing some of the top programs in Florida. Despite the setbacks, the team held their heads high and gained invaluable experience on the field.
Throughout the tournament run, the players were backed by overwhelming support from the Zephyrhills community, with local businesses, families, and fans rallying behind the young athletes every step of the way.
This group of girls showed incredible determination and sportsmanship and represented Zephyrhills with pride.
With a strong core of players returning next season, the future is bright for Zephyrhills Little League softball.
The 2025 season was one for the history books as Zephyrhills Little League captured five district title and three sectional crowns.
